How portraits, videos and account information are handled
Your photos and videos
Your two authorized adult portraits are used to create a fictional AI video. Customer portraits and results are private and are not published in our example gallery. Public examples use fictional adults or separately authorized demonstration material.
Selecting photos initially stores a temporary draft on your device. When you generate, photos are uploaded privately to our Cloudflare R2 storage. Our server sends copies to Kie.ai through its file upload API, then supplies the resulting file links to the selected generation model. Kie's file upload documentation states uploaded files are deleted after 24 hours; this does not establish the retention practices of every downstream model provider. Do not upload another person's photo without permission. We cannot guarantee that an AI system accurately detects every person's age or identity.
Retention and deletion
Unused uploads are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours. Portraits associated with a submitted task are scheduled for deletion seven days after the task ends. Downloadable videos are kept for 30 days after delivery. You can delete a finished video from My videos, which immediately removes access and schedules object cleanup.
Provider copies are subject to the provider's own processing and retention policies. Deleting our copy does not prove that every upstream copy has been deleted. See Kie.ai's privacy policy. Details of upstream portrait processing must be confirmed before public paid generation opens.
Accounts and payments
We process account information, task references, credit changes and operational records to provide the service and resolve problems. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not receive full card numbers. Order and credit records can be retained separately from media where required for accounting, fraud prevention and disputes.
Analytics and support
Optional analytics, if enabled, are subject to applicable consent choices. We do not send portrait contents or private media URLs to analytics. For privacy requests, use the contact page and provide your account email and task reference. Do not send passwords, API keys or card details.
Release status
The service is in preview. Paid generation stays closed until output, provider policies and operational setup are validated. This policy must be reviewed against the actual operator and sales regions before public sales.
