Terms of Service

The service

Zombie Couple Video AI creates original fictional videos using two portrait references. It is an independent tool, not an official movie, social-platform or trend-creator service. AI output can vary in appearance, movement, clothing and setting; it is not an exact face replacement in an existing recording.

Authorized adults only

You must be 18 or older and have permission from both adults shown to process their photos into this fictional video. Do not upload minors, public figures, non-consenting people, abusive content or material you have no right to use. The service may reject prohibited inputs or outputs.

You retain your rights in your inputs. You grant only the permission needed to store, transmit and process them to provide the requested service. Customer uploads are not licensed for a public marketing gallery by these terms.

Credits and delivery

Video creation uses one-time credit packs, without a subscription or automatic renewal. A 15-second video uses 100 site credits at 480p or 225 site credits at 720p, with either 16:9 or 9:16 output. Site credits are distinct from the provider's credits. Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry. Credits are reserved on task creation and consumed on successful delivery. Confirmed technical failure returns the reserved credits once. Re-generating is a new task and uses the cost shown for the newly selected resolution.

You can leave the page after submission and return to My videos. Delivery times depend on generation queues. Finished files are available for 30 days; download them before they expire. We do not promise a particular likeness, precise shot timing, audience reaction or social-media view count.

Refunds and help

See the refund policy for unused packs, quality reviews and technical failures. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase. Contact us with your account and order/task reference to resolve an issue.

Availability

The service is currently in preview and purchases are closed until the workflow is validated. Before public sales, operator details, applicable sales regions and these terms must be finalized. We may temporarily pause new purchases and generations when provider access or delivery is unavailable.
